Little Ark Pet Care was created from a clear and growing need: reliable, knowledgeable pet care that treats every animal as an individual—not a checklist. What began as helping neighbors and friends care for their pets quickly grew into a full-service pet care company built on trust, consistency, and compassionate attention to detail.We proudly offer a wide range of in-home services, including pet sitting, drop-in visits, dog walking, cat care, small-animal and exotic care, and select farm-animal support. Our approach is intentionally personalized—no two homes or animals are the same, and care plans are tailored to fit each pet’s routine, comfort level, and needs.Little Ark Pet Care was founded on the belief that exceptional care goes beyond basic feeding and walks. It includes thoughtful observation, calm handling, clear communication, and respect for the bond between pets and their people. The Story Behind Little Ark Pet Care

Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Lesly, the animal-loving soul behind Little Ark Pet Care. Since I was little, I’ve had a passion for animals of all kinds (hence the name "Little Ark"), and that love has only grown over the years.
A little about my journey:
I am a Veterinary Assistant with prior experience working at a feline-only clinic, spent time working at doggy daycares and boarding facilities, volunteered with various rescues, and did pet sitting for not only a locally-owned pet sitting agency, but for friends, families, coworkers, and neighbors. My home has been shared with a myriad of animals, whether it be bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards, snakes, fish, birds, cats, or dogs. Alongside my work, I also do my own small-scale rescue work for stray cats and kittens in my community whenever I'm able.
Animals have always been a part who I am. Each experience has taught me so much and left me with countless happy memories. Even with the knowledge I’ve gained, I’m always striving to learn more - because growth means better care for the animals I’m trusted with.
When I’m not with animals, you’ll usually find me reading, painting, or out in nature. These are places where I feel most grounded and connected to my faith, which guides how I care for both people and animals - with compassion, patience, and gratitude. I guess you could call me a bit of a hippie at heart, I believe in spreading peace, love, and a whole lot of kindness to animals and humans alike.
